Welcome

This site represents the collaborative efforts of several different social service organizations in Brantford, Brant County, and Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. As members of the BRAVE Committee, these agencies are dedicated to coordinating the community’s response to  gendered violence, domestic violence and sexual violence. This is achieved through advocacy for improvements in existing systems, prevention and intervention initiatives, increased accountability in service delivery, the promotion of education and training amongst agencies, and to ensure that established protocols are followed.

B.R.A.V.E’s Response to COVID-19 Crisis:

As we face the Covid-19 Crisis the B.R.A.V.E Committee remains committed to providing a community response to gender-based violence, domestic violence and sexual assault. As a community we are practicing social distancing while continuing to support our clients. While our response to your calls may be different from what you are used to, we are still here to answer your phone calls, provide information and give you the assistance that you need at this difficult time.

Attached you will find a link to our member agencies, where you can find specific information on how each member agency will respond during this crisis. We are here to help.
