BRAVE PRESENTS: Anti-Islamophobia in Practice: How Social Services Can Address Harmful Racial and Religious Bias

Please find attached a poster for a workshop that BRAVE is presenting in collaboration with Wilfrid Laurier’s Diversity and Equity Office.

The workshop aims to address Harmful Racial and Religious Bias in Social Services.

The workshop will be held on: Thursday March 7th from 10-12pm at Wilfrid Laurier University (Room: SCJ 127)

You can RSVP directly to me, if you’re able to come!

Feel free to share this link with your contacts.

As the workshop will be held the week of International Women’s Day, I understand that many will be busy. If you’re interested in the workshop, but are unable to make it, please let me know. I’m able to host this for your agency at a time that is more convenient for you 🙂

Thank-you,
Samiyyah Somji
